The O Porriño Callos Festival is a consolidated gastronomic event, dedicated to a typical dish of this municipality. Organized by AHOSPOR (Association of Hospitality of O Porriño), and with the collaboration of the O Porriño City Council, this celebration reflects the identity of this town, showing the ability to mix tradition and innovation on the part of the hospitality and social fabric.

The entire neighborhood of O Porriño and the surrounding area comes together to enjoy a unique day, where good food and a festive atmosphere are mixed in a dish such as tripe. The events include tastings and musical programming. With the participation of more than 30 establishments, which will each offer a tripe recipe, the diversity and creativity of local gastronomy is served for a single price of 8 euros, which includes a portion of tripe, bread and a commemorative clay casserole.

In addition, this festival was certified as a Sustainable Festival of Southwest Galicia in 2025.
