On Saturday, 19 September, the municipality is hosting the Country Bagpipe Competition, which this year reaches its 58th edition and is the oldest competition of its kind in Galicia. This is a high-quality event that contributes to socio-economic development and promotes the dissemination of Galician culture and tradition through the music of bagpipe quartets.
